How It Works
Step 1: Free Consultation
You can call our office for a free consultation. This helps our attorneys understand your case and get to know you as a potential client.
Step 2: Sign the Attorney-Client Agreement
After the consultation, you can choose to sign the Attorney-Client Agreement to establish our client-attorney relationship. You can sign in person, via email, or via physical mail.
Step 3: Gathering Facts and Evidence
We will work together with you to gather facts and evidence to build your case. This process can take place over the phone, via email or in person.
Step 4: Litigation or Negotiation
We will handle all aspects of your case on your behalf and front all litigation costs. We will give you regular updates and inform you of any settlement offers.
Step 5: Case Resolution
We will inform you when we have a resolution for your case and help you resolve any remaining issue and concern. We will work hard to make the transition as stress-free as possible.
