Contracts
Our firm assists clients in developing contracts, enforcing contracts, or reviewing contracts. Contracts protect the agreements made for the future exchange between two parties, such as selling property, performing services, and payment of money.
Family Law
Our firm assists clients in limited areas of family law. We assist with adult and child guardianships; and uncontested divorces. We also offer unbundled services in the other areas of family law, i.e., contested divorces and child custody cases.
Adoptions
Our firm assists clients in all aspects of the adoption process. Home studies for child custody and adoption are available utilizing the SAFE home study format. We assist clients in filing the necessary court documents in child and adult adoptions.
Wills/Estate
Our firm assists clients in all aspects of estate planning including wills, trusts, and probate. We assist clients in the development of an overall plan to transfer assets to beneficiaries and avoid the long-term costs of probate administration.
Real Estate/Property
Our firm assists clients in all aspects of the purchasing and selling of property. We assist with the preparation of the necessary documents in all real estate transactions. We assist with quiet title, adverse possession, and landlord/tenant cases.
Business Associations
Our firm assists clients in all aspects of business association. We assist clients in developing bylaws, mission, vision and value statements. We assist clients in establishing non-profit agencies and for-profit agencies, i.e., LLCs, and partnerships.
Unbundled Services
Our firm offers unbundled services to our clients who get to select from a menu of services and only pay for what they need at a lower fee. We assist clients with document preparation and advice. This service is limited scope representation.
Landlord/Tenant Law
Our firm assists clients in all areas of landlord/tenant law. We assist with unlawful detainers, development of rental contracts, and unlawful evictions. We assist clients with discrimination cases when the Fair Housing law has been violated.

Pamela Abrams
Pamela Abrams, JD, MSW, LCSW is a practioner who worked at the Veterans Administration for thirty years prior to obtaining her law degree from the University of Arkansas William H Bowen School of Law. She worked as a law clerk at the Arkansas ACLU office and the Pulaski County Public Defenders Office. Prior to opening her private practice, she worked at Legal Aid of Arkanssas.
She is a member of the Pulaski County Bar Association, Arkansas Bar Association, American Bar Association, and Harold Flowers Law Society. Ms. Abrams is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts of Arkansas. She is active in her church and community having served with several nonprofit organizations. Ms. Abrams’ social work and law background gives her the ability to work with clients from all backgrounds in a culturally sensitive manner. Ms. Abrams is a volunteer attorney for Central Arkansas Legal Services and the Bowen Veterans Clinic at the law school. Ms. Abrams is an active volunteer at Helping Hands Food Bank and Pulaski County Master Gardeners.

We will inform you when we have a resolution for your case and help you resolve any remaining issue and concern. We will work hard to make the transition as stress-free as possible.
